- W4310274499 abstract "The synthesised NCDs were derived from Vitis vinifera boll and it's prepared in one pot hydrothermal process. The V.vinifera derived NCDs were as exhibit the emission is (λex = 380 nm and λem = 460 nm) green fluorescence. The synthesized NCDs was preliminarily characterised by UV–vis spectroscopy, it shows the two peaks at 277 nm and 322 nm. The FT-IR and high resolution XPS was confirmed by their functional group of NCDs. The Raman spectroscopy and XRD also confirms the NCDs are graphitic in nature. Finally NCDs were applied in vitro antimicrobial study in gram positive and negative bacteria. Among the results of antimicrobial activity is shown in Minimum inhibitory concentration of the NCDs is 25 to 100 µg mL−1 respectively in different bacteria. The highest concentration of the100µg mL−1 was performed in Klebsiella Pneumoniae is zone of inhibition is 14.8 ± 1.12." @default.
