- W4310295433 abstract "COVID-19の世界的流行にともない，VCP （videoconferencing psychotherapy）が急速に普及しているが，日本におけるVCPの利用実態に関する研究知見は限られている。また，VCPにおけるドロップアウト要因の検討は不十分であり，特にドロップアウトリスクの高まる面接初期に関する研究はなされていない。本研究では，民間企業において実施されたVCPデータ（4,921–3,470名）を用いて，利用実態の記述を行うとともに，1–2回目のセッション間のドロップアウト/継続を予測する説明変数の探索を目的として階層的ロジスティック回帰分析を行った。その結果，セラピストの臨床経験年数が長いと継続しやすい傾向，クライエントがカウンセリングセッション終了時に「効果を実感」すると継続しにくく，カウンセリングに対する「効果の予感」を感じると継続しやすい傾向が示された。" @default.
