- W4310332910 abstract "ポータブルX線撮影では診療放射線技師の眼の水晶体が患者またはX線管に近くなる位置で撮影介助を行うことが多く，高い水晶体被ばくを受けていることが予測される．本論文ではポータブルX線撮影時に診療放射線技師が受ける水晶体等価線量の実態を明らかにし，放射線防護ゴーグルや追加の放射線防護策の必要性を検討した．個人線量計と小型光刺激ルミネセンス線量計を貼付した放射線防護ゴーグルを用い，ポータブルX線撮影時に診療放射線技師が受ける水晶体線量の測定を行った．当院のポータブルX線撮影で診療放射線技師が受ける水晶体等価線量の最大値は1カ月あたり0.3 mSvとなり，水晶体等価線量限度以下であることが確認された．しかし，ポータブルX線撮影時の放射線防護ゴーグルの被ばく低減効果は約45%であり，介助件数の増加により，水晶体等価線量の増加も懸念されるため，放射線防護ゴーグルを着用しての業務が望ましい．" @default.
