- W4310502154 abstract "The U-shaped layout container port can build more berths with limited resources and increase throughput. Port uncertainties can cause the spatio-temporal asynchrony, and the spatio-temporal asynchronous conduction (STAC) will reduce the utilization rate of equipment in container port. The joint dispatch of multiple terminals in the port can make more use of port resources. This paper studies optimization of the berth allocation and quay crane allocation problem (BAQCAP) in multi-terminal U-shaped container port under STAC, and establishes a two-layer model. The upper layer is a STAC analysis model based on Bayesian network, which studies the influence of natural environment factors, management factors, human factors, customer service demand factors and other factors on the utilization of the berths and quay cranes in container port during the STAC process and quantitatively analyzed by GeNIe. The lower layer is a BAQCAP model based on mixed integer programming, in which constraints such as spatio-temporal asynchronous conduction, tides, and maximum coverage of quay cranes are considered, and the goal is to minimize the cost of port operations. An improved taboo search genetic algorithm is used and realized by MATLAB. Through numerical experiments, the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are evaluated, and the results show that the algorithm can obtain feasible scheduling solutions with higher quality." @default.
