- W4310769237 abstract "Bone tissue, as an important tissue structure of human body, plays an great role. Bone defects caused by trauma, infection and tumour resection are difficult to be repaired by themselves. Traditional methods for repairing bone defects include autograft and allograft. However, these methods have some problems such as limited source and immune rejection. In recent years, bone tissue engineering has attracted much attention due to its sufficient supply and no risk of infection, and is expected to replace traditional bone grafting. In bone tissue engineering, seed cells are cultured on scaffolds and transplanted into bone defects to repair bone defects. In this paper, the research progress of the three elements of bone tissue engineering, namely seed cells, scaffold materials and growth factors, was summarized by reading the literature, aiming to further promote the development of bone repair field." @default.
