• W4310840500 abstract "В статье были рассмотрены значение и роль малого и среднего бизнеса в экономике, государственные меры по стимулированию развития малого и среднего предпринимательства в Казахстане. Проведен обзор текущего состояния государственной политики в этом направлении с учетом быстро меняющейся внутренней и внешней конъюнктуры и определены ключевые государственные программы поддержки бизнеса. Исследована доступность кредитных ресурсов в целом, а также с использованием инструментов поддержки предпринимательства, оценено их влияние и риски для национальной экономики в виде растущей инфляции, замещения государственными институтами развития, деятельности банков второго уровня на рынке долгосрочных кредитов экономике. Научная значимость исследования обусловлена анализом влияния государственных мер поддержки бизнеса на экономику страны. Практическая значимость исследования обусловлена возможностью использования собранного материала для оценки и прогнозирования государственной политики в области поддержки развития предпринимательства. Исследование проводилось с использованием аналитических и сравнительных методов, на основе официальных статистических данных, где сделаны выводы о том, что государство пересмотрит действующие программы поддержки и развития предпринимательства, сместив акцент в сторону избирательной поддержки приоритетных отраслей экономики. Постепенный переход к уменьшению государственного влияния на рынок, приоритет рыночных инструментов, позволит добиться устойчивого роста национальной экономики. The article considered the importance and role of small and medium-sized businesses in the economy, government measures to stimulate the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Kazakhstan. The review of the current state policy in this direction, taking into account the rapidly changing internal and external conjuncture, was carried out and key state business support programs were identified. The availability of credit resources in general, as well as using business support tools, is investigated, their impact and risks for the national economy in the form of rising inflation, substitution by state institutions for the development of second-tier banks in the market of long-term loans to the economy are assessed. The scientific significance of the study is due to the analysis of the impact of government measures to support business on the country's economy. The practical significance of the study is due to the possibility of using the collected material for assessing and forecasting state policy in the field of entrepreneurship support in the post-pandemic period. The study was conducted using analytical and comparative methods, based on official statistical data, where it was concluded that state programs for business support and development will undergo significant changes in the direction of tightening this year, pointwise supporting individual industries and strategic industries. Only a return to market instruments will ensure sustainable economic growth in the coming years." @default.
