Thanks to the rapid collection and processing of a huge array of information, the state has the opportunity to create new services that are in demand for society, business and the non-profit sector. The scientific article analyzes and analyzes the results of the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, which affected people's health and the economy, and shows how effective its modern ways are. All public spheres on a global scale, including health services, are currently becoming one of the urgent problems. General public administration is one of the main development problems in the country, the importance of which became apparent during the crisis caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus infection, since the quality of public administration, public trust and respect for citizens are important components of success in the fight against the pandemic. The study, based on the use of economic methods, investigated one of the main problems of the country's development, in which the public administration realized the importance of digitalization during the crisis caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus infection. In order to prevent and combat the pandemic, foreign practices were analyzed. In general, a number of recommendations were made based on the regulation of the healthcare sector. The results obtained during the study can be used for social and economic progress, the development of measures to combat the pandemic, and the rational development of healthcare in general." @default.
