• W4310841147 abstract "Исследование направлено на изучение условий реализации целей устойчивого развития. Особое внимание уделяется тому, что, согласно концепции устойчивого развития, все сферы социально-экономической жизнедеятельности человека взаимодействуют между собой и находятся в равновесии. В связи с этим устойчивое развитие понимается в единстве демоэкономической, демоэтической, демографической, демократической сфер деятельности человека. С помощью системного подхода, включающего методы логического, статистического анализа и синтеза, целеполагания и декомпозиции целей, произведен сравнительный анализ подходов к определению понятия «устойчивое развитие», изучена теория и международная практика реализации принципов устойчивого развития, представлен анализ динамики уровня качества жизни населения по статистическим данным Республики Казахстан за 2019–2020 годы. Фактор интеграции всех сфер деятельности в данном исследовании может способствовать обеспечению качества жизни, безопасности жизни человека и общества, при этом удовлетворение текущих потребностей человечества осуществляется без ущерба для последующих поколений. Большое значение при этом придается проводимой государством социальной политике по развитию человеческих ресурсов, социальной защите населения. Устойчивое развитие общества методологически должны рассматриваться в единстве с проблемами экологии, качества человеческих ресурсов и качества жизни. The study is aimed at studying the conditions for the implementation of sustainable development goals. Particular attention is paid to the fact that, according to the concept of sustainable development, all spheres of socio-economic human life interact with each other and are in balance. In this regard, sustainable development is understood in the unity of demo-economic, demo-ethical, demographic, democratic spheres of human activity. With the help of a systematic approach, including methods of logical, statistical analysis and synthesis, goal setting and decomposition of goals, a comparative analysis of approaches to the definition of the concept of «sustainable development» was carried out, the theory and international practice of implementing the principles of sustainable development were studied, and an analysis of the dynamics of the quality of life of the population according to statistical data was presented. data of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2019–2020. The factor of integration of all spheres of activity in this study can contribute to ensuring the quality of life, the safety of human life and society, while meeting the current needs of mankind is carried out without prejudice to future generations. At the same time, great importance is attached to the social policy pursued by the state for the development of human resources, social protection of the population.
