Қазіргі уақытта моноқалаларды қаржылық қолдау әдістерін қалыптастырудың әртүрлі теориялық тәсілдері жұмыс істейді. Осыған сүйене отырып, моноқалаларды мемлекеттік қолдау шараларын ұсынуда сараланған тәсіл жүйесі және қосымша қаржыландыру құралдарын модельдеу мүмкіндігі қарастырылды. Моноқалалардың кешенді инвестициялық жоспары ұсынылып, сондай-ақ моноқалаларда шағын және орта бизнестің даму деңгейі мен қарқыны қарастырылды. The paper provides an overview of: the existing system of state support and the mechanism currently being implemented for the development of single-industry towns in Kazakhstan, as well as current problems of economic and social development of domestic single-industry towns. The article presents various theoretical approaches to the formation of methods of financial support for the development of modern single-industry towns, while paying attention to the peculiarities of state support and how the current mechanism affects the development of single-industry towns in Kazakhstan. The purpose of the article is to propose models of targeted measures of state support for the development of single-industry towns. In addition, the following issues were raised: the dynamics of urban population growth in single-industry towns, as well as the impact of measures on the effectiveness of planned anchor projects in single-industry towns. Currently, there are various theoretical approaches to the formation of methods of financial support for single-industry towns. Based on this, the system of a differentiated approach in the provision of state support measures for single-industry towns and the possibility of modeling additional financing instruments was considered. A comprehensive investment plan in single-industry towns is considered, as well as the level and pace of development of small and medium-sized businesses in single-industry towns. In this study, the methods of analysis and the graphical method were applied. The use of the above-mentioned methods in the work made it possible to ensure the reliability of the study, the correctness of theoretical conclusions and to develop recommendations." @default.
