- W4311315020 abstract "Cancers are the abundant in many organs and have been detected in a wide variety of populations. More than 100 different known cancers have been recognized on the basis of published data. Based on the WHO report, cancer has seen a notable rise in deaths in upper-middle-income countries remaining the disease in the top 10 causes of death. Cancer is caused by the changes to gene sequence that is involved in normal cell growth and persists for years because the persistent cancer cells are usually undistinguished and survive after treatment and establish a major cause of treatment failures. They are existing as stem cells with slow proliferation in the tumor microenvironment. Molecular mechanism of carcinogenesis induced by DNA changes is comparatively recognized by detecting the biomarkers of early carcinogenesis screening. Preventive and therapeutic cancer vaccines are designed to stimulate the immune system to attack cancer cells, but not available in all countries." @default.
