• W4311541640 abstract "Воспалительный линейный веррукозный эпидермальный невус (ILVEN) представляет собой редкую патологию кожи, проявляющуюся бородавчатыми, линейно расположенными разрастаниями на коже на одной половине тела и конечностей. Этиопатогенез заболевания остается не до конца изученным. На сегодняшний день основной причиной развития данной патологии считают соматические мутации, приводящие к появлению генетического мозаицизма. Клиническая картина заболевания достаточно типична и представляет собой веррукозные, линейно расположенные, унилатеральные разрастания, локализующиеся как на туловище, так и на конечностях. Несмотря на типичность клинической картины у практикующих врачей могут возникнуть трудности в постановке диагноза в ходе рутинного приема, обусловленные малой частотой встречаемости данной патологии. Также трудности диагностики обусловлены тем, что некоторые хронические дерматозы (некоторые формы красного плоского лишая и псориаза, другие разновидности врожденных эпидермальных невусов, болезнь Дарье, линейный порокератоз) имеют схожие клинические проявления с ILVEN. Помимо схожести клинических проявлений, отмечается и общность клинической картины при гистопатологическом исследовании (например, ILVEN и псориаза), что также затрудняет процесс дифференциальной диагностики и установления диагноза. Верно установленный диагноз воспалительного линейного веррукозного эпидермального невуса может играть решающую роль в сохранении жизни пациента, так как зачастую наличие у пациента ILVEN выступает маркером других тяжелых коморбидных расстройств, включая патологию различных органов и систем и наличие неоплазии. Выявление и контроль коморбидных расстройств в данном случае играют решающую роль в сохранении жизни и здоровья пациента. Терапия ILVEN включает в себя как консервативные, так и хирургические методы. Выбор метода лечения большей частью зависит от клинической картины заболевания. В данной статье представлен клинический случай врожденного линейного веррукозного эпидермального невуса, а также представлен обзор литературы, затрагивающий известные моменты этиопатогенеза, клинической картины, диагностики и лечения заболевания. Inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus (ILVEN) is a rare skin disorder characterized by verrucose, linearly arranged growths on the skin on one side of the body and extremities. The etiopathogenesis of the disease remains not fully understood. The clinical picture of the disease is quite typical and consists of verrucous, linearly located, unilateral growths localized both on the trunk and on the extremities. Despite the typical clinical picture, practitioners may experience difficulties in making a diagnosis during routine appointments due to the low incidence of this pathology. Also, diagnostic difficulties are due to the fact that some chronic dermatoses (some forms of lichen planus and psoriasis, other types of congenital epidermal nevi, Darier's disease, linear porokeratosis) have similar clinical manifestations to ILVEN. In addition to the similarity of clinical manifestations, there is also a commonality of the clinical picture in histopathological examination (for example, ILVEN and psoriasis), which also complicates the process of differential diagnosis and diagnosis. A correctly established diagnosis of inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus can play a decisive role in saving the patient's life, because. Often, the presence of ILVEN in a patient is a marker of other severe comorbid disorders, including the pathology of various organs and systems and the presence of neoplasia. Identification and control of comorbid disorders in this case plays a decisive role in saving the life and health of the patient. ILVEN therapy includes both conservative and surgical methods. The choice of treatment method largely depends on the clinical picture of the disease.
