- W4312096738 abstract "The combined heat and power systems provide an effective way to solve the problem of high wind abandonment in the heating season in the “three northern” regions of China. In view of the differences in wind power prediction accuracy and the different response capability of incentive loads in different time scales, we propose to establish a multi-time scale low carbon dispatch model of integrated energy system considering flexible electric and thermal loads with the objective of minimizing the total operating cost and environmental cost of the system. First, it analyzes the unit thermoelectric coupling characteristics and elucidates the mechanism of wind abandonment by flexible loads; then, it introduces price-based and incentive-based loads as demand-side interactive resources into power generation scheduling, guides customers to adjust their electricity consumption patterns by reasonably setting time-of-day tariffs and signing contracts in advance, and obtains optimized electric and thermal load curves by using the temperature perception ambiguity of heat users and thermal inertia of heating buildings. A multi-objective model that considers both unit operation cost and environmental cost is established in the day-ahead dispatch, so that the system can balance economic and environmental benefits. The simulation results show that by coordinating the source-load resources in three-time scales of “day-ahead-intra-day-real-time”, the peak regulation potential of various flexible loads can be fully exploited, the fluctuation of wind power output can be reduced step by step, the generation and consumption of clean energy can be promoted, and the green and economic operation of the integrated energy system can be realized." @default.
