Simulations have been performed using a free-energy-based lattice Boltzmann method, with the aim of determining new regimes compared to the previous study. The results demonstrate that the interaction between viscous and inertia forces plays a vital role in the coalescence nature of droplets, their deformation, course of trajectory, as well as their expedition toward the steady state." @default.
