Therefore, an attempt was made to develop a test for measuring the knowledge of dairy farmers about improved dairy farming practices. After getting a jury opinion on the items, item difficulty index, item discrimination index, the reliability and validity were worked out. For administering the knowledge test, a respondent was given one mark for each correct answer and a zero mark for each wrong answer.
