- W4312307890 abstract "ZnO nonlinear composites are applied under an electrical-thermal environment for a long time in the practical application fields such as electrostatic protection and power electronics packaging. It is necessary to carry out research on the long-term aging properties of ZnO composites. In this paper, 40 vol% ZnO/PP composites were prepared and placed in the aging environment of 125 °C, 85% RH with 20 °C, -40 °C~125 °C and 150 V with 125 °C respectively for 1000 h. The conductivity curves of ZnO/PP composites before and after exposure to the aging environment were compared, U <inf xmlns:mml=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML xmlns:xlink=http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink>1mA</inf> and I <inf xmlns:mml=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML xmlns:xlink=http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink>Leakage</inf> focused on especially. Results show that the conductivity curve shifts right in thermal aging because water molecules are evaporated by high temperature. The conductivity curve shifts left when water molecules enter the grain boundary layer of ZnO microvaristors during damp aging. On account of thermal expansion and cold contraction, the conductivity curve shifts left at low temperature and right at high temperature. The conductivity curve continues to shift right giving rise to evaporation of water molecules and the change of grain boundary barrier during electrical-thermal aging. This work provides a pregnant reference for the long-term application of ZnO composites." @default.
