Their main function is to support the mechanical rotating body, reduce the friction coefficient during its movement, and ensure its rotation accuracy. With the rapid development of China’s machinery industry, it is very important to improve the manufacturing efficiency of bearings. Relying on manual management for bearing forging is too inefficient, which often leads to unreasonable task allocation of processing teams and polarization of workshop equipment load rate, which greatly hinders the improvement of production efficiency. We propose to optimize the production scheduling process of the bearing forging workshops by using a genetic algorithm to reasonably allocate tasks and processing resources to shorten the production scheduling period of bearing forging. Different scheduling data will reliably achieve efficient scheduling solutions after thousands of generations of evolution. According to this method, an automatic scheduling software is compiled." @default.
