- W4312771323 abstract "This study was conducted to find out that self-determination according to the satisfaction of individual basic psychological needs is theoretically coexistent with the principle of action of innovative behavior. According to the results of this study, it can be understood that individuals taking innovative actions according to self-determination in social relations is a process of realizing psychological needs driven by the unity of social context perception and subjective perception. Therefore, self-determination and innovation behavior can be defined as contradictory language expressions that express the same behavior from the perspective of different standards. Since individuals must function properly psychologically to perform innovative behavior, basic psychological needs must be satisfied. If these are not satisfied, there is a problem in the expression and continuation of innovation behavior by self-determination. Therefore, the act of self-perceiving and imitating new standards in exchange relations with others presupposes the acceptance of more innovative ideas, so if only an autonomous environment is continuously created, the expression of innovative behavior can be continuously induced." @default.
