- W4312960146 abstract "本研究では，室内実験によって模擬底質中の海草のDNAコピー数と海草起源の有機炭素量の関係を明らかにし，実海域において底質中の海草炭素起源の割合を推定することを目的とした．沖側底泥域の底質の炭素含有量は427～2463μmol C･g-1，砂泥性藻場の底質炭素含有量は61～532μmol C･g-1であり統計的な有意差があった．室内実験における炭素含有量ではZostera marinaについては，Zostera marinaが多いと炭素含有量が多くなった．また，Zostera marinaの葉よりも地下茎のほうが炭素含有量が多く，統計的な有意差があった．室内実験において，(炭素含有量)＝3.84×10-5×(Zostera marinaのDNAコピー数) + 46.5 (R2=0.256)の相関関係があった．底泥中の推定Zostera marinaの有機炭素割合は，砂泥性藻場と沖側底泥域の底泥中においてそれぞれ平均が34％及び8%と砂泥性藻場で高くなり統計的な有意差があった．" @default.
