- W4313012669 abstract "The features and mechanisms of the processes occurring during vibration, centrifugation and vibro-centrifugation of concrete have been considered. The analysis of a few works devoted to the study of regulating variatropy possibilities and controlling the properties of concretes manufactured using centrifugation technology has been carried out. The most significant factors have been identified, which further have been investigated for the proposal of a new synthesized vibro-centrifugation technology. The assumption is confirmed that the variatropy is expressed not only by the heterogeneity of the cement stone structure, but also by the nature of the aggregate grains distribution over the cross-section of the element, therefore, the centrifugal force proportional to the mass of the rotating solid will affect the formation of layers during compaction vibration by centrifugation. It is established that vibro-centrifugation is the most effective and least studied technology for the production of concrete and structures made of it. It has been revealed that the technology of vibro-centrifugation makes it possible to obtain concretes and structures with a wide range of physical, mechanical and structural characteristics, while the variatropy can be regulated, and the properties of concrete can be controlled using prescription factors." @default.
