- W4313016444 abstract "目的： 研究比较MRI与CT两种影像学检查方法诊断脊柱外伤的临床价值和效果。 方法： 随机选取2020年 3月—2021年10月入院治疗的脊柱外伤患者200例作为研究对象，取仰卧位，接受64排CT扫描和MRI检查，统计两组患 者的脊髓损伤和韧带损伤的检出率，以及对各损伤部位的确诊情况，比较组间差异。 结果： （ 1） CT平扫检出脊髓损 伤60例，骨折线损伤188例，软组织损伤135例，韧带损伤72例，椎弓损伤114例； MRI检出脊髓损伤69例，骨折线损 伤152例，软组织损伤190例，韧带损伤121例，椎弓损伤86例。分析两种方法的图像，结果显示， CT平扫和MRI对于 脊髓损伤的诊断结果无明显差异，诊断出骨折线损伤、软组织损伤、韧带损伤、椎弓损伤的例数差异显著， χ2分别为 3.485、 3.259、 3.536、 4.885、 3.942， P < 0.05。（ 2）由表可见， CT平扫对脊髓损伤的阳性检出率为42.5%，对韧带损 伤的阳性检出率为31.5%，显著低于MRI检查的65.0%和67.5%， χ2分别为4.406和5.982， P < 0.05。 结论： CT的MRI在 脊柱外伤诊治过程中的效果均较好，两种检测技术对于不同损伤部位的检出率各有优势，临床上将CT和MRI结合应用 可能会达到更好的效果。" @default.
