Organisational agility has recently gained prominence as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The main issue with organisational agility is determining how to make employees more agile. In this research paper, the researcher emphasised two essential dominants for organisational agility: agile competencies and agile talent management practices. For this, 50 employees from various organisations and institutes in Vadodara were surveyed using questionnaires. PLS 3.3.2 was utilised to analyse the proposed model using partial least squares structural equation modelling. This research paper advances agility research by emphasising the positive association between agile talent management practices and organisational agility. This study also contributes to human resource management by underlining the inherent linkages to HRM and the lineage of a competence-based organization agility model." @default.
