- W4313130910 abstract "要旨:がん死亡数は年々増加傾向にある。なかでも肺がんの死亡数はがん死亡の第一位を占めており，さらなる治療法の改善が望まれている。近年のがん治療において最大のトピックスは外科治療におけるロボット手術の普及と，免疫療法の登場である。当院でも2021年に最新のロボット手術支援機器（Da Vinci Xi, Xシステム）を導入し2台体制で診療を開始している。また2015年以降免疫抑制状態の解除を目的とした免疫チェックポイント阻害薬（ICI）が上市され，これまで治癒が見込めなかった進行肺がんにおいて長期生存が期待されるようになった。このような大きな治療法の変化によって治療成績の改善が期待されるようになった一方で，高度医療に伴う有害事象対策の重要性も増している。当院では医療安全改革に取り組み2019年よりアクションプランを制定し多方面から医療安全の向上に取り組んできた。その他，高度医療の安全性の向上のため，2022年4月に先端的低侵襲手術センターを設置し，診療科横断的な情報共有と診療内容の相互レビューができる体制を整備した。加えて，ICIの有害事象対策チームとして2020年9月にACiST Fukushimaを立ち上げ，有害事象対策を共有し安全な治療の遂行をサポートする体制を進めている。本稿では肺がん治療を中心にこれまでの治療の変遷と当院での取り組みを紹介する。" @default.
