This research uses quantitative research methods. Sampling in this study used the method of proportionate stratified random sampling (proportional stratified random sampling). Research data obtained by questionnaires to 76 respondents. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) compensation has no effect on employee performance as evidenced by the value of tcount (0.694) < ttable (1.993) (2) work discipline has no effect on employee performance as evidenced by the value of tcount (-0.982) < t table (1.993) and (3) compensation and work discipline have no effect on employee performance as evidenced by the value of Fcount (0.878) < Ftable (3.12)." @default.
