- W4313141835 abstract "There have been a line of deep learning models proposed to automatically analyze log sequences and accurately detect anomalies from these log sequences. However, log sequence data are often subject to numerous unstable factors during the collection process, and most of the existing methods are not applicable. In this paper, we find that some existing methods are not robust enough in the face of sequences with perturbations because of error propagation in the computation, and we propose a new robust unsupervised anomaly detection method RADT as a solution for this. RADT can reconstruct log data sequences in combination with a forced correction strategy and predict the state of the log sequences based on reconstruction loss. RADT can overcome the shortcoming of unsatisfactory model robustness. Experimental results show that RADT can handle both stable log sequences and unstable log data with robust results." @default.
