The research method is qualitative with a rapid assessment procedure research design at the PKRS Installation in November 20. The research informants were the head of the installation and the secretary at the PKRS installation and the technique of taking informants was by purposive sampling. Data were collected by means of in-depth interviews, observation and document review. The results of the study identified problems, namely the visitor's efforts to comply with the KTR policy were not optimal, the implementation of education in community activities was not optimal, the implementation of education in the implementation of IEC on drug side effects was not optimal, Effective communication training for health workers and non health workers had not been implemented 100% and the implementation of curative health promotion has not been optimal. From the existing problems, the priority of the problem is determined using the USG (Urgency Seriousness Growht) technique, which is weighted and ranked from the existing problems and the priority of the problem is that the visitors' efforts are not yet optimal in implementing the KTR policy. Alternative solutions to the problem are socializing officers, making plans for routine and scheduled activities in promoting the KTR policy and the impact of smoking, increasing the frequency of social media use, coordinating and selecting KTR health promotion ambassadors, then collecting data on the location and number of KTR information media facilities as well as proposing activities and suggestions&#x0D; &#x0D; Keyword : Non-Smoking Area, Visitors, PKRS&#x0D; Promosi kesehatan di rumah sakit memainkan peran penting dalam memfasilitasi langkah berhenti merokok di rumah sakit. Rumah sakit tempat berkumpulnya masyarakat, oleh karena itu pentingnya penerapkan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok untuk melindungi kesehatan dari karsinogen dan zat yang adiktif yang terkandung dalam produk tembakau. Penerapan KTR di RSUD belum berjalan maksimal, salah satunya disebabkan oleh kurangnya sosialisasi pihak rumah sakit kepada pengunjung dan kurangnya sarana dan prasarana penyampaian infromasi KTR. Upaya - upaya dapat diterapkan dalam jangka waktu dekat dengan melakukan sosialisasi kepetugas, membuat rencana promosi KTR yang terjadwal serta meningkatkan frekuensi pemanfaatan media sosial. Metode Penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan prioritas masalah dan rekomendasi di Instalasi PKRS Bulan November 2021. Informan penelitian adalah kepala Instalasi dan sekretaris pada Instalasi PKRS dan tehnik pengambilan informan dengan cara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian dapat diidentifikasi masalah yaitu belum optimalnya upaya pengunjung dalam kepatuhan pengunjung menerapkan kabijkan KTR, Belum optimal penerapan edukasi pada kegiatan komunitas, Belum optimal penerapan edukasi pada pelaksanaan KIE pengobatan dan efek samping obat, Pelatihan komunikasi efektif untuk petugas nakes dan non nakes belum terlaksana 100 % serta pelaksanaan pomosi kesahatan kuratif belum optimal. Dari masalah yang ada ditentukan prioritas masalah menggunakan Teknik USG (Urgency Serioussnes Growht) yaitu dilakukan pembobotan dan di ranking dari masalah yang ada dan prioritas masalah adalah Belum Optimalnya upaya pengunjung dalam kepatuhan pengunjung menerapkan kabijakan KTR . Alternatif pemecahan masalah melakukan sosialisasi kepetugas, membuat rencana kegiatan rutin dan terjadwal dalam dalam mempromosikan Kebijakan KTR dan dampak rokok, meningkatkan frekuensi pemanfaatan media sosial, melakukan koordinasi dan memilih duta promkes KTR , selanjtunya mendata lokasi dan jumlah sarana media informasi KTR serta mengusulkan kegiatan dan saran tersebut&#x0D; &#x0D; Kata kunci : Kawasan Tanpa Rokok, Pengunjung, PKRS" @default.
