- W4313149047 abstract "Lack of mineral and vitamin intake, especially from fruit and vegetable consumption at school age, can increase the risk of illness, impaired growth and development, and impaired adaptation to environmental hazards. This study aims to analyze the effect of educational media with processed noodles on the acceptance and consumption of vegetables and fruit in elementary school children. This type of research is quasi-experimental, with a pre and post design approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using a Comstock visual checklist sheet and a recall form to see vegetable and fruit consumption. The results show that using educational media with processed noodles can increase the acceptance of fruit and vegetable consumption in school-age children. The composition of nutrients in each processed vegetable and fruit noodle is quite complete and balanced." @default.
