- W4313192130 abstract "Consumer satisfaction is necessary for a smart grid utility to succeed in the marketplace. The concerns about the power supply must work on consumer satisfaction and well-practiced methods to pinpoint problems. Many interrelated tasks are necessary for grid management and must be completed to form a successful power grid. This study employs structural equation modelling (SEM) to develop and validate a novel model for enhancing service quality through smart grid sector in India. All consumers in the smart grid are connected via a questionnaire to discover how the scope of the power efficiency and its impact on the overall quality. To convey respondents opinions about service quality provided by the consumer of power industry, we distributed 400 questionnaires and obtained 265 responses, including 204 responses from the residential consumers, 23 responses from the agricultural consumers, and 38 responses from industrial consumers. This analysis will assist managers and administrators in determining the service quality of smart grid. The SEM is a factor analysis technique which is utilised for both confirmatory and exploratory analysis. Furthermore, it has been tested and validated by some goodness-of-fit indicators within the service model. This study finds a causal relationship between smart grid service with the dimensions of technology, consumer orientation, and economic performance." @default.
