The study attempts to take Dalin Township as the research area on promoting Time Bank. We adopt a purposive sampling method to select Time Bank members and non-members to conduct relevant questionnaires and interviews to understand their feelings and expects, meanwhile, propose possible directions and strategies in the future." @default.
