Based on the data and cases in the references, the calculation method of data simulation is determined, and it is concluded that the electricity market will change after the corresponding upgrade and transformation. The result of getting more prosperous can stimulate the rise of small and medium-sized power generation companies, and those large power generation companies will improve their services and efficiency accordingly based on their own advantages. In order to prove the authenticity and reliability of this article, experiments and comparisons are carried out on the data in the references, which proves the authenticity and validity of this article. Experimental research shows that in the research on the relationship between power data and market transformation and upgrading based on data mining technology proposed in this paper, first obtain data from the Internet and reference documents, and then compare and analyze the data.
