- W4313328006 abstract "The article is devoted to the study of the institute of asylum provision by Ukrainian citizens during martial law. The description of the international legal acts regarding the regulation of the institute of asylum is given. The main reasons for the movement of large masses of people are analyzed. It was determined that during the war in Ukraine, human rights are violated, which is the main reason for migration processes. The concepts of “refugee”, “asylum seeker”, “asylum” were studied and their main features were determined. Variants of legalization of the stay of citizens of Ukraine and the territories of host countries have been defined and a clear list of rights has been provided when choosing one or another legal status. The legal, socio-economic and labor problems that befall Ukrainian citizens in the host countries have been studied. The issues and features of providing asylum to citizens of Ukraine under martial law are highlighted. Legal measures are proposed to improve the situation with citizens of Ukraine who are under occupation and do not have basic conditions for a normal existence. It is recommended to conclude international agreements on the involvement of international organizations to prevent violations of the rights and freedoms of citizens who have the legal status of refugees and asylum seekers." @default.
