The results showed that γ-PGA-PAE nanomaterials were successfully prepared with spherical shape and uniform distribution. HCPT/PGA-PAE nanospheres had high encapsulation rate and drug loading. The optimization of the processing conditions of nanomaterials by response surface method (RSM) is a feasible method to improve the utilization rate of γ-PGA, which provides a theoretical basis for the synthesis of nanomaterials in the future" @default.
