- W4313367033 abstract "Risk prevention and control for pathogenic microorganisms have become the keys to reclaimed water management. In this study, Elizabethkingia meningosepticum in reclaimed water were taken as the research objects. A series of studies were carried out on the classification, Operational Taxonomic Unit number, conjugation rate and correlation between pathogenic microorganisms by using metagenomics and the ggplot2 program package. Then, we introduced suicide plasmid PNJR6, Graphene Oxide and biological flocculant to comprehensively study their effects on Elizabethkingia meningosepticum. We concluded that the addition of plasmid pNJR6 resulted in the highest Elizabethkingia meningosepticum lysis at 72 h. The maximum lysing efficiency was 78.56%. Graphene Oxide and flocculant promote plasmid pNJR6 transfer between different population from 35.53% to 52.76%. The lethal degree to pathogens was the highest when the plasmids pNJR6 and Graphene Oxide were mixed with biological flocculants." @default.
