- W4313380094 abstract "본 연구는 예비보육교사가 바라보는 돌봄은 어떠한지 드러내고 그들이 구성해가는 돌봄의 의미를 보다 심층적으로 이해하고자 예비보육교사들이 돌봄에 대해 자신의 생각과 경험을 작성한 저널을 분석하였다. 예비보육교사가 구성해가는 돌봄의 의미는 ‘감정적 접근에서 포괄적 이해를 포함하는 돌봄’, ‘일방적인 돌봄에서 관계 안에서 얽힘으로의 돌봄’, ‘사회적 약자로서의 돌봄대상자에서 모든 것이 돌봄의 대상인 돌봄’, ‘보호에서 교육적 가치를 지닌 돌봄’으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 돌봄을 이해함에 있어 돌보는 자와 돌봄을 당하는 자, 돌봄과 교육 등의 여전히 존재하는 이분법적 사고에서 벗어나는 것이 필요하고, 돌봄의 주체로서 보육교사를 이해하는 것을 넘어 그들의 자기돌봄이 이루어져야 한다는 것을 살펴보았다. 또한 돌봄은 더 이상 여성의 일이 아니라고 할 때 남자보육교사의 자연스러운 유입이 가능해야 한다는 것을 논의하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 돌봄의 주체에 대한 논의에서 소외되어졌던 예비보육교사에 주목하여 그들의 관점을 이해하는데 도움이 될 것이며, 교사양성교육의 내용을 구성하는데 기초자료로서 활용되어질 수 있을 것이다.This study analyzed the journals written by pre-service childcare teachers in order to find out what the meaning of caring constituted by pre-service childcare teachers is. The results of this study are as follows. The meaning of caring is ‘Caring that includes comprehensive understanding from an emotional approach’, ‘Caring from one-sided care to entanglement in relationships’, ‘Caring for the socially disadvantaged to caring for everything’, and ‘Caring with educational value from protection’. Based on these research results, it can be seen that it is necessary to break away from the still-existing dichotomous thinking, such as carers and being cared for, and care and education. Beyond understanding childcare teachers as the subject of caring, we looked at the need for self-care. It was also discussed that male childcare teachers should be able to flow into care. The results of this study will help to understand the perspectives of pre-service childcare teachers who have been neglected in the discussion on the subject of care, and can be used as basic data to compose teacher training." @default.
