- W4313395710 abstract "創薬の難易度が上がる中，近年の医薬関連データの急速な拡大とAI技術の目覚ましい技術進展によって，データ駆動型ドラッグリポジショニングによる新薬開発のアプローチが注目を浴びている．データ駆動型ドラッグリポジショニングは薬物・遺伝子・疾患についての様々なプロファイルを活用して，体系的かつ戦略的に新しい適応症候補疾患を探索し，優先順位を付けていく手法であり，ここ数年で多くの研究成果が報告されている．ここでは，データ駆動型ドラッグリポジショニングの代表的な解析技術，①標的分子予測，②遺伝子発現変動プロファイル・トランスクリプトーム解析，③自然言語処理・分散表現，についての概要と現状を述べた後，実際に我々が検討したPPARγ/αアゴニスト・ネトグリタゾンの解析事例について紹介する．また，近年のデータ駆動型ドラッグリポジショニングの成功事例として，2020年にBenevolentAI社から発表された，JAK阻害薬・バリシチニブがCovid-19重症化に有効である可能性を示した解析事例についても紹介する．" @default.
