- W4313395969 abstract "本研究の目的は，場面緘黙（SM）児の発話行動を評価する日本版SMQ（SMQ-J）を作成し，その信頼性と妥当性を検討することである。4歳から12歳のSM児の養育者139人を対象に日本語に訳されたSMQ及びCBCL/4-18を実施した。原版SMQは3因子構造であるが，探索的因子分析の結果，4因子が抽出された。「社会場面」と「家族関連場面」の他は，原版の「学校場面」因子が「教師」と「同級生」に区別された。各下位尺度の信頼性が確認された。また，本研究のSM児と冨岡（2016）の統制群101人との比較から，SMQ-Jの判別的妥当性が示された。さらに，SMQ-JとCBCL/4-18との関連から弁別的妥当性は示されたが，SMの程度と不安の高さとの関連性は明確には示されなかった。本研究の結果から，SMQ-Jの信頼性と妥当性が概ね確認され，SM児の発話行動の評定ツールとしての有用性が示唆された。" @default.
