The reinforcements used silicon carbide (1.5, 2 and 2.5%) wt and titanium dioxide (1.5, 2 and 2.5%) wt in hybrid composite. We have taken some parameters like stirrer speed, types of blades, mixing temperature, and reinforcement composites. Hybrid composite Al-7075/TiO2/SiC results studied tensile strength, Toughness, Optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray detectors (XRD). Aluminum-based metal matrix composite was used in aerospace, automobile, marine, and defense. Hybrid composite materials are increasingly utilized in various engineering applications as they offer enhanced properties and additional advantages over traditional composite materials. The influence of process parameters such as stirrer speed, number of blades, reinforcement wt% and mixing temperature on tensile strength and toughness strength have been investigated by using Taguchi’s L9 orthogonal array (OA). Analysis of variance (ANOVA) is used to observe the contribution of each process parameter on each response. Further gray relational analysis (GRA) is used as a multi-objective tool to achieve comprehensive improved tensile strength and toughness strength of the fabricated hybrid composite." @default.
