При это важно в пути следования своевременно реагировать на жалобы конвоируемых лиц по предоставлению им безопасного места, а также организовывать их прием и размещение от встречного караула. В работе авторами рассматривается нормативно-правовой механизм регулирования вопроса об обращении конвоируемых лиц (в число которых входят осужденные, подозреваемые и обвиняемые), размещенных в специальном транспорте, к начальнику караула с заявлением о предоставлении личной безопасности в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации. При перемещении лиц, отбывающих лишение свободы или содержащихся под стражей, сотрудникам специальных подразделений по конвоированию уголовно-исполнительной системы Российской Федерации (далее - УИС) надлежит знать четкий порядок действий при обращении к ним конвоируемых лиц с заявлением о предоставлении безопасности. In this regard, it is necessary to pay special attention to the organization of movement in planned and through guards along railway routes, the travel time of which can be more than a day for escorted and reach several weeks. At the same time, it is important to respond in a timely manner to the complaints of escorted persons on providing them with a safe place, as well as to organize their reception and accommodation from the oncoming guard. In the work, the authors consider the regulatory mechanism for regulating the issue of the treatment of escorted persons (including convicts, suspects and accused), placed in a special transport, to the head of the guard with a statement on the provision of personal security in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
