Terrorism attacks deeply upset well-being and mental health by the distressing emotional and psychological outlook of human mental health like pandemics (Fischer and Ai, 2008). Prior studies (e.g., Bader and Berg, 2014; De Clercq et al., 2017; Raja et al., 2020) proposed that the intimidations related to pandemic would affront the wellness of employees, their performance, attitude, and behaviors. It intensifies stress, anxiety, and emotional enervation among them. Employee wellness indicates their rendezvous at the workplace and emotional anguish destructively influences them. The social environment is changing brusquely because of COVID-19 and its threat has affected emotional and psychological well-being. Considering the above evidence, the purpose of this chapter is to evaluate employee wellness after the COVID-19 pandemic by adapting appropriate scale(s), as a means of investigating the impact 198on the psychological and emotional operative. Surveys were conducted among medical staff of Pakistan using online and offline questionnaires. Appropriate analysis techniques using SPPS were conducted to confirm the results. The findings of the study suggested that it is important to focus on employee wellness after the pandemic. The finding of the study supports making employee wellness programs, policies, and plans. Furthermore, the study explains that different wellness measures (i.e., availability of safety measures, the role of traveling option, the presence of healthcare facilities at the workplace) play a vital role in ensuring employee well-being. Based on these findings, organizations need to provide proper well-being programs to address employee concerns. Further, organizations need to revisit their health programs and must include provisions for pandemics like COVID-19." @default.
