- W4313877594 abstract "间变性淋巴瘤激酶（ALK）阳性间变性大细胞淋巴瘤以普通型多见，肉瘤样型ALK阳性间变性大细胞淋巴瘤国内罕见报道。本文报道1例发生于31岁女性腹腔的肉瘤样变异型ALK阳性间变大细胞淋巴瘤，镜下观察见梭形细胞区呈编织状排列，梭形肿瘤细胞核呈泡状、具明显嗜酸性核仁，另见核形态多样的标志性细胞（hallmark cells）。免疫组织化学染色显示肿瘤细胞呈CD30弥漫强阳性，可见核旁高尔基体点状阳性，ALK（5A4）、ALK（D5F3）均呈核质强阳性表达。荧光原位杂交检测显示ALK基因断裂阳性，T细胞克隆性评估检测到单克隆重排。肉瘤样型ALK阳性间变性大细胞淋巴瘤极易误诊为软组织肉瘤，正确诊断需结合临床资料、组织学形态特征、免疫组织化学及分子遗传学综合判断。." @default.
