• W4313891354 abstract "본 연구의 목적은 고등학생의 다문화인식과 세계시민의식 관계에서 다문화수용성의 매개효과에 대한 학교적응의 조절된 매개효과를 분석하는 데 있다. 연구문제는 첫째, 다문화인식과 세계시민의식 관계에서 다문화수용성이 매개하는가? 둘째, 고등학생의 학교적응은 다문화인식과 세계시민의식 관계에서 다문화수용성의 매개효과를 조절하는가? 본 연구는 전북 지역의 고등학생을 대상으로 246명을 분석하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS PROCESS macro를 이용하여 연구모형을 검정하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 다문화인식은 다문화수용성에 정적 영향을 미쳤고(β=.3638, p<.001), 다문화수용성은 세계시민의식에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳐(β=.1511, p<.001)간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 다문화인식은 세계시민의식에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다(β=.4274, p<.001). 이를 통하여 볼 때 다문화인식과 세계시민의식 사이에서 다문화수용성은 매개하는 것을 알 수 있다. 한편 다문화수용성과 학교적응의 상호작용항은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않아(β=-.0656, p>.05) 다문화수용성과 세계시민의식 사이에서 학교적응의 조절효과가 유의미하지 않았다. 둘째, 다문화수용성에 대한 학교적응의 조건부 간접효과을 살펴보면 다문화수용성과 세계시민의식의 관계에서 단순 기울기는 학교적응 값이 M-1SD(-.5638)부터 M(.0000), M+1SD(.5638)의 수준에서 모두 유의하였다. 이는 다문화인식, 다문화수용성, 세계시민의식이 학교에 잘 적응할수록 모든 영역에서 증가율이 높아졌다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 고등학생을 대상으로 학교적응을 높일 수 있는 다양한 분야의 교육과정 접근방식, 프로그램을 개발 등 방안 마련이 필요하다.The purpose study is to analyze the mediating-effect school-adaptation on the mediating-effect multicultural-acceptability in relationship between high-school students' multicultural-awareness and global-citizenship. Research question is first, does multicultural-acceptability mediate in relationship between multicultural-awareness and global-citizenship? Second, does high-school student-adaptation to school control the mediating effect multicultural-acceptability in relationship between multicultural-awareness and global-citizenship? For data processing, PROCESS-macro was used. As a result study, first, it was found that multicultural-awareness had a positive effect on multicultural-acceptability, and multicultural-acceptability had a significant positive effect on global-citizenship and thus had an indirect effect. On the other hand, multicultural-awareness had a significant positive effect on global-citizenship. Through this, it can be seen that multicultural-acceptability mediates between multicultural-awareness and global-citizenship. On the other hand, the interaction term of multicultural-acceptability and school-adaptation did not have a significant effect, so the moderating effect was not significant. Second, looking at the conditional indirect effect of school-adaptation on multicultural-acceptability, both multicultural-awareness and global-citizenship were significant. The increase rate increased in all areas as multicultural-awareness, multicultural-acceptability, and global-citizenship were better adapted to the school. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to prepare measures such as developing curriculum approaches and programs in various fields that can enhance school-adaptation for high-school students." @default.
