One approach that consistent with the current circumstance is online learning coupled with on-site learning. This paper presents online simulation-based learning through the LINE Chat Application which a part in the fluid power engineering course. The research was implemented online between teacher residing in Thailand and students residing in Lao PDR. The results of the research showed that the evaluate of appropriateness of the learning model from the experts was at a high level, the students’ learning progress was significantly higher at the.05 level.
