Цифровое пространство создается с учетом информационных потребностей, которые направлены на удовлетворение ценностных ориентаций соответствующих субъектов в противодействии внутренним и внешним угрозам и создают возможность полного использования преимуществ совместной работы элементов обеспечения национальной безопасности в информационной сферепутем рациональной эксплуатации единой автоматизированной телекоммуникационной сети. Материалы и методы: нормативно-правовой базой исследования являются законодательство и нормативно-правовые акты Республики Таджикистан и Российской Федерации. Методология работы включает в себя как общенаучные методы (анализ, синтез, дедукции, индукции), так и частнонаучные методы, в т.ч. формально-логические и структурные. Результаты исследования: в статье рассмотрены проблемные вопросы потребностей цифрового пространства. Особое внимание уделено сфере национальной безопасности. Выводы и заключения: авторы приходят к выводу, что создание цифрового пространства обеспечит высокую надежность, актуальность, достоверность, своевременность и надежную защиту при передаче электронных документов и других сведений. Introduction: the article deals with the digital space, which is becoming a system-forming phenomenon on a global scale and largely predetermines the prospects of national security protection and the strategy of innovative development of the socio-political and economic foundations of the state. Digital space is being created considering information needs, which are aimed at satisfying value orientations of the relevant subjects in the fight against internal and external threats, and creates the possibility to take full advantage of elements of national security in the information sphere through the rational operation of a unified automated telecommunication network. Materials and methods: the legal framework of the study is the legislation and regulations of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation. The methodology of the work includes both general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction) and private scientific methods, incl. formal-logical and structural. The results of the study: the article deals with the problematic issues of the needs of the digital space. Particular attention is paid to the sphere of national security. Findings and Conclusions: the authors come to the conclusion that the creation of a digital space will provide high reliability, relevance, reliability, timeliness and reliable protection in the transfer of electronic documents and other information." @default.
