Оценка на основе объективных клинических критериев влияния биологически активной добавки Пробакто Беби, содержащей Lactobacillus rhamnosus, на динамику развития симптомов АтД и функциональных нарушений у детей раннего возраста с АтД. Материалы и методы. В исследование включено 48 детей с атопическим дерматитом в возрасте от 5 месяцев до 5 лет. После 1 недели вводного периода детям основной группы помимо базисной терапии назначался пробиотик Пробакто Беби согласно инструкции по применению препарата в течение 30 дней. Дети группы сравнения продолжали получать только базисную терапию. По окончании терапии пробиотиком повторно оценивались клинические проявления АтД в обеих группах. Результаты. К концу вводного периода на фоне диетотерапии с исключением причинно-значимых аллергенов и базисной терапии у детей в основной группе и группе сравнения отмечалось уменьшение кожных проявлений (индекс SCORAD 24,3±2,2 и 22,6±2,4 соответственно). Через 30 дней терапии биологически активной добавкой Пробакто Беби у 64% детей наблюдалось значительное улучшение всех гастроинтестинальных симптомов, у пациентов с младенческой формой – полное купирование срыгиваний, колик, нормализация частоты стула. Ремиссия АтД была достигнута у 84% пациентов основной группы, а в группе сравнения только у 25%. Все пациенты основной группы отмечали хорошую переносимость и отсутствие тех или иных побочных реакций при применении пробиотика. Заключение. Включение в комплексное лечение детей с кожными проявлениями АтД и функциональными нарушениями ЖКТ средств, содержащих вид лактобактерий L. rhamnosus, показало повышение эффективности общепринятой терапии. Introduction. The proportion of atopic dermatitis in the structure of all allergic diseases in children is about 50%, and up to 40% in the structure of skin diseases. Purpose. Evaluation of biologically active dietary supplement Probacto Baby containing Lactobacillus rhamnosus effect on the dynamics of development of atopic dermatitis symptoms and functional disorders in young children with atopic dermatitis based on objective clinical criteria. Materials and methods. The study was conducted in 48 children with atopic dermatitis aged from 5 months to 5 years. After 1 week of the introductory period, children in the main group in addition to basic therapy were prescribed Probacto Baby probiotic for 30 days in accordance with this preparation’s leaflet. The children from the comparison group continued to receive basic therapy. At the end of Probacto Baby probiotic therapy, clinical manifestations of atopic dermatitis in both groups were re-evaluated. Results. By the end of the introductory period, against the background of diet therapy with the exclusion of causally significant allergens and basic therapy, a decrease in skin occurrences were noted in children in both main and comparison group (SCORAD index 24.3±2.2 and 22.6±2.4, respectively). After 30 days of therapy with Probacto Baby dietary supplement, 64% of children showed a significant improvement in all gastrointestinal symptoms; in patients with infantile form, complete relief of regurgitation, colic, normalization of stool frequency were noted. Remission of atopic dermatitis was achieved in 84% of patients in the main group. All patients of the main group reported good tolerability and the absence of certain side effects when using the probiotic. Conclusion. Inclusion of medicines containing Lactobacillus rhamnosus species in the complex treatment of children with skin manifestations of atopic dermatitis and functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract demonstrated an increase in conventional therapy effectiveness." @default.
