Intervalle de crédibilité de 95 % : pression plantaire sur l’avant-pied sans rotation = 75,40 % [73,41–78,33] ; avec rotation = 90,09 % [88,76–91,35]. Différence statistique significative = 14,70 [12,66–16,79] en points de pourcentage. La tendance haussière systématique des pressions sur l’avant-pied plaide en faveur d’une coactivation involontaire des fléchisseurs plantaires en réponse à une activation volontaire des muscles cervicaux. Cette technique pourrait contribuer à promouvoir les stratégies inductives dans le traitement de certains troubles de l’appareil locomoteur. III. To identify under experimental conditions an inductive physiotherapy technique capable of triggering plantar flexor coactivation in response to non-ballistic cephalic rotation. Observational and cross-sectional study. Population: physiotherapy students, free of musculoskeletal disorders. Tools: baropodometric platform. Percentage measurement of plantar pressures during a static cephalic rotation sustained for 120 seconds in its maximum amplitude. Statistical analysis: Bayesian approach (Markov chains, Monte Carlo integration techniques). In all, 52 females and 38 males (median age 20.6 ± 1.3; 8 left-handed, 82 right-handed). 95% credibility interval: mean forefoot plantar pressure without rotation = 75.40% [73.41–78.33]; with rotation = 90.09% [88.76–91.35]. Statistically significant difference = 14.70 [12.66–16.79] in percentage points. The systematic increase in forefoot pressure argues for involuntary coactivation of the plantar flexors in response to voluntary activation of the cervical muscles. This technique could help promote inductive strategies in the treatment of certain musculoskeletal disorders. III." @default.
