- W4318969793 abstract "The work explores the sensitivity of dielectrically modulated Non-uniform TFET with dual material source-based biosensor. The analysis includes the presence of different types of biomolecules such as neutral, positive and negatively charged. It has been found that the positively charged biomolecules can lead to highest sensitivity of the biosensor and reverse is true for the negatively charged biomolecules. In addition, the work investigates the sensitivity of the biosensor in presence of various source materials. From the analysis it has been portrayed that, though Ge source-based biosensor exhibits highest sensitivity but source with combined Si and Ge materials can facilitate diversity of sensing performance parameters." @default.
