O presente trabalho é dedicado à utilização do Teorema de Takens para reconstruir a dinâmica micrometeorológica da Reserva Biológica de Jaru (RO), utilizando séries temporais da temperatura do ar, particularmente, extraindo informações sobre a radiação líquida a partir da temperatura do ar, utilizando a técnica da rotação do espaço de tempos defasados. A reprodução da dinâmica do sistema utilizando apenas séries de temperatura do ar indica que essa variável carrega informações das demais variáveis, além de informações do sistema como um todo. Utilizando a análise de informação mútua, foi estudado o quanto de informação a temperatura do ar carrega sobre a radiação líquida. Os resultados apontam que, no período de seca, a temperatura retém cerca de 80% de informação a respeito da radiação líquida e, no período, chuvoso, 60%. Mutual information between measured net radiation and reconstructed by means of temperature time series ABSTRACT: Understanding the dynamics of environmental systems according to an approach that involves the Theory of Complex Systems is an object of study that presents itself as an alternative to the use of classical models. The present work is dedicated to the use of Takens' Theorem to reconstruct the micrometeorological dynamics of the Jaru Biological Reserve (RO – Brazil), using time series of air temperature, particularly extracting information about the net radiation from the temperature, using the technique of rotation of lagged times space. The reproduction of the system dynamics using only air temperature series indicates that this variable carries information from the other variables, in addition to information about the system as a whole. Using mutual information analysis, it was studied how much information the air temperature carries on the net radiation. The results indicate that, in the dry period, the temperature retains about 80% of information regarding net radiation and, in the rainy period, 60%.
