- W4319990187 abstract "BACKGROUND: The problem in this study is the ineffectiveness of providing training to athletes. This condition is caused by the limited ability of the trainer and the limited resources used to support the training process. This study aims to develop a training model of Floating jump service techniques in volleyball sports at Padang State University.METHODS: The method used in this research is research and development based on Borg and Gall references by collecting data on field needs analysis, after that the data is used as a basis for making a model of the results of this study. Data were analyzed statistically to determine effectiveness using the t-test. After the entire research process was carried out, a model of Floating jump service training was born in the volleyball sport of Negeri Padang University.RESULTS: The results of the analysis revealed that the average percentage of the results of the validation of volleyball training experts was 83.21%, 80.00% of the construction experts, and 79.97% of the athletes, the t-test results were 2.423>1.708.CONCLUSIONS: The service model of the technical service training floating jumping in volleyball is already in accordance with the principles of Floating jumping service training techniques. The floating jumping service training model in volleyball is effective for improving the serviceability of floating jumping service. The floating jumping service technique exercise model in volleyball sports can be applied and mass produced as a guide in the process of training, especially floating jumping." @default.
