Sedangkan Kegunaan Penelitian secara Teoritis.hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumbangan pemikiran bagi pengembangan ilmu hukum dan berbagai produk hukum yang dihasilkan oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas, sedangkan Kegunaan Praktis hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu Pemerintah Daerah dalam menemukan jalan keluar jika terjadi kendala dilapangan.Disamping itu juga dengan pelaksanaan Perda tersebut dapat mencapai kesejahteraan bagi kepala Desa dan Perangkat Desa.Adapun Penelitian ini mengunakan metode pendekatan Yuridis Normatif, yaitu pendekatan atas dasar disiplin ilmu hukum yang Normatif, sebagai sisitem kaidah dan dalam mencari data atau menelaah masalah berpegang pada segi Yuridis. Spesifikasi Penelitian,Penelitan ini mengunakan hukum Normatif, dengan type Clinical Legal Research, yaitu penelitian untuk menemukan hukum In Abstrakto dalam perkara In Conereto. Materi dari penelitian ini adalah Pelaksanaan dari Perda Nomor 9 Tahun 2009. Lokasi Penelitian, Beberapa Desa Kabupaten Banyumas dan perpustakaan Universitas Wijayakusuma Purwokerto, Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas.
