- W4320512485 abstract "嫌気性消化プロセスにおける安定運転にとって，プロピオン酸の蓄積は回避するべきものである。本研究では直接異種間電子移動効果に着目し，プロピオン酸の分解を促進し，メタン生成量の増加に与える粒状活性炭 (GAC) の効果を検討した。さらに GAC の添加割合や有用な微生物が付着した GAC (生物 GAC) の添加が，プロピオン酸の分解に与える効果を明らかにした。GAC を 0, 0.1, 0.5, 1, 2, 5 % の割合で添加し，40 日間の回分式試験を行なった。GAC 0.1, 0.5, 1, 2 % 添加は，0 % と比較して 2 倍以上の量のメタンを生成した。これに対して 5 % 添加は，12 日目以降メタン生成量の増加はみられなかった。本研究は嫌気性消化プロセスにおいて GAC の添加がプロピオン酸の分解を促進し，GAC の添加効果を得るには適正量があることを示した。さらに生物 GAC の添加が無生物 GAC よりプロピオン酸の分解を促進することを示した。" @default.
