• W4320714925 abstract "Abstract—This study aims to find out how the public relations process in the city of Bandung in improving the image through the program Bandung Responds. As one of the big cities in Indonesia, of course it is very important to maintain and improve its image in the eyes of the public, but in forming a good image in the eyes of the public it cannot be done instantly and definitely through several processes. Therefore this research was conducted to find out what steps public relations Bandung took in improving the government's image through the Bandung Responds program. This research uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive study approach, the data collection technique used is data triangulation. . Before creating the Bandung Responding program, there are four stages of public relations that must be carried out, namely the first is fact finding which aims to find out what issues or problems are currently happening among the community along with the facts and data obtained by coordinating with related parties, the second is the planning stage which aims to plan how the Bandung Menhasil program is carried out starting from non-technical preparation to technical preparation for the implementation of activities, after that the third stage is implementation in which the Bandung Responding program is carried out according to the plans that have been made, and which the last is the evaluation stage which aims to evaluate the progress that has been carried out during the process of carrying out the Bandung Responding program by means of which each section will describe all progress that has been carried out along with the obstacles encountered and will be discussed together with others.&#x0D; Abstrak—Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses humas kota Bandung dalam meningkatkan citra melalui program “Bandung Menjawab”. Sebagai salah satu kota besar di Indonesia tentunya sangat penting untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan citra di mata masyarakat, akan tetapi dalam pembentukan citra yang baik di mata masyarakat tidak bisa dilakukan secara instan dan pasti melalui beberapa proses. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apa saja langkah humas kota Bandung dalam meningkatkan citra pemerintah melalui program “Bandung Menjawab”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah triangulasi data. Sebelum membuat program “Bandung Menjawab” ada empat tahapan humas yang harus dilaksanakan yaitu yang pertama pencarian fakta yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja isu atau permasalahan yang sedang terjadi dikalangan masyarakat beserta fakta dan data yang diperoleh dengan berkoordinasi dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait , yang kedua adalah tahap perencanaan yang bertujuan untuk merencanakan bagaimana program “Bandung Menjawab” dijalankan dimulai dari persiapan non-teknis hingga persiapan teknis pelaksanaan kegiatan, setelah itu tahap yang ketiga adalah pelaksanaan yang mana program “Bandung Menjawab” dijalankan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah dibuat, dan yang terakhir adalah tahap evaluasi yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi progress yang telah dilaksanakan selama proses menjalankan program “Bandung Menjawab” dengan cara masing-masing bagian akan memaparkan seluruh progress yang telah dilaksanakan beserta dengan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dan akan dibahas bersama-sama dengan yang lainnya.&#x0D;" @default.
